Originally hailing from Los Angeles, California, Caitlin Giamario has been cooking professionally for close to a decade. After spending six years navigating the restaurant scene and falling in love with the farmer's markets in LA, she sought a new challenge and moved to NYC. Caitlin spent two and a half years at Daniel Boulud's Mediterranean outpost Boulud Sud where she moved her way up the ranks. Last year, Caitlin joined the Loring Place team drawn in by it's unrivaled devotion to fresh, local, seasonal products and love of wood fire.
